Deep Tissue Massage ~ Deep tissue massage is used to target knots and release chronic muscle tension. Additional benefits include reduction of inflammation and helps, eliminate scar tissue. The focus is on the deepest layers of muscle tissue, tendons, and fascia (the protective layer surrounding the muscles, bones, and joints). The more intense movements and techniques such as deep finger pressure may be slightly uncomfortable and cause soreness that lasts a couple of days before resulting in the desired relaxation and pain relief.

Relaxation Massage ~ Designed to make the body relax, let go of tension and stimulate better circulation. This classic massage uses light to medium pressure to inspire relaxation, relieve tension, and create a heightened sense of well being. Enjoy!

Neuromuscular Massage ~ A form of massage distinguished from other types of massage in that a quasi-static pressure is applied to the skin with the aim of stimulating specific areas of skeletal muscle. Often these areas of muscle are myofascial trigger points.

Reflexology Massage ~ A reflexologist stretches and moves the hands and feet, applying pressure on reflex areas that correspond to specific organs and other parts of the body. Endorphins are released throughout the entire body reducing stress and returning the body to equilibrium. Reflexology has been known to provide relief from ailments such as tension headaches, arthritis, digestive issues and back pain.

Cranial Massage ~ Cranial sacral therapy is a gentle, non-invasive form of alternative medicine the seeks to restore misaligned bones to their proper position and is thought to eliminate the negative effects of stress. Provides relief from chronic and/or migraine headaches, neck and back pain, and temporomandibular joint disorder ( the inflammation of the joint that connects the lower jaw to the skull) and more.

Sports Massage ~ Sports massage may employ a number of massage modalities including Swedish massage strokes, trigger point therapy, deep tissue and lymphatic massage. Therapist may also include stretching and range of motion. Massage is specific to the athlete's sport and is often focused on a particular troublesome area like knee or shoulder.

Pregnancy Massage ~ Pregnancy massage is a combination of Swedish massage strokes along with therapeutic strokes. Combined, these strokes work to relieve stress, reduce muscle aches, stimulate the lymphatic system, increase immunity and the removal of toxins. Massage will also aide in the reduction of edema and blood pressure through better blood circulation. The massage will involve sitting in a slightly reclined position or lying comfortably on side: the use of pillows increases relaxation and comfort. 

The client should obtain approval from obstetrician before receiving any form of massage during pregnancy.

Acne Facial ~ Recommended for oily and acne prone skin. This treatment begins with our Image salicylic gel cleanser, and then our ageless total facial cleanser. Your skin is then degreased to remove excess oils. Next a resurfacing masque is applied and steam is infused. After removal of masque, extractions are done as needed, followed by our Vital C hydrating enzyme masque. Skin is sponged clean, eye recovery gel is applied along with clear cell medicated acne lotion and solar defense for extra healing and hydration.

Wrinkle - Lift ~ This ultra-resurfacing glycolic and retinol treatment exfoliates dead surface skin cells, leaving skin firmer and healthier. Visibly reduces the appearance of fine lines.

Ageless Facial ~ Customized for your unique complexion, relaxation and deep cleansing. Depending on your skin type, our aesthetician will select the appropriate deep pore cleanser followed by exfoliation and massage of the face. Next, your specially selected masque and serum are applied to target and correct specific problems. Warm stones are strategically placed under the neck and shoulders as you are massaged with them by the end end of this therapeutic and beneficial experience.

Level 2 ~ Moderate Peeling: 2-4 days of light/medium exfoliation, enhancers with Retinal A Cre`me, Mandatory post treatment kit, Treatments offered within our menu which are level 2 are: Acne-Lift w/enhancers, Wrinkle Lift w/Enhancers and the Lightening-Lift w/Enhancers. 

Level 3 - Advanced Peeling: 3-5 days of aggressive peeling, enhancers with Retinol A Cre`me, mandatory post treatment kit. Treatments for this are RX only.
